What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a multi-site IT infrastructure or security operations role where I can own reliable networks, assets, vendor coordination, end-user support, and infrastructure rollouts while strengthening my cyber security expertise.

I'm currently leading IT infrastructure operations, security systems, and vendor relationships at Archetive Solution, building on more than three years of multi-site IT management.

At K12 Techno Services, I managed 1,500+ IT and security assets across three school branches, including desktops, MacBooks, IP CCTV cameras, PoE switches, NVR/DVR units, biometrics, access points, and NAS storage.

I supported 2,000+ end-users and resolved 400+ hardware, operating system, printer, and connectivity tickets within SLAs. I also coordinated 30+ vendors and OEMs for procurement, AMC renewals, warranty claims, and service delivery.

I've led infrastructure rollouts for new campuses, including a complete network setup for a six-storey building, and I maintain audit-ready asset registers, preventive maintenance schedules, backup planning, and technical documentation.
