At Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, I manage luxury reservation requests through phone, email, and Opera PMS. I handle individual, corporate, golf, and group bookings, including reservations of more than 30 rooms.
I coordinate VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special requests with teams across the resort, and support booking confirmations, payments, amendments, and cancellations. I also monitor inventory and rate availability while supporting revenue optimization.
Previously, I worked in sales support at MCC, customer service at Wengage, and communication and admissions at ESSTI Rabat. My experience includes maintaining BATIPLUS data in Odoo CRM, B2B communication in English and French, and recruitment communications and admissions coordination.
