I’m a Customer Service and Debt Collection professional with 5+ years of experience in the UAE and Pakistan. I focus on debt recovery while keeping customer satisfaction high through clear communication and respectful negotiation.

In my current role as a Senior Collection Officer, I work on the Emirates NBD 60–90 DPD portfolio, handling inbound/outbound customer calls and negotiating payment arrangements. I resolve customer concerns, update CRM records, and maintain compliance while building positive customer relationships.

Before that, I worked as a Collection Officer for Amaan for Debt Collection and Ultreos Risk Management, managing card and PIL recovery, negotiating payment plans, and resolving customer issues. Across roles, I consistently achieved recovery targets and supported complaint resolution through effective follow-up and problem-solving.

I also bring customer-facing strengths from my experience in sales and cash handling, including working as a Sales Executive and a Cashier. I’m motivated by performance, but I lead with conflict resolution, telephone etiquette, and professionalism—so customers feel heard while I drive results.
