I am a dedicated IT/Network Support Engineer with over five years of experience in network and system administration. My expertise lies in troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, network maintenance, and providing end-user support. I thrive in dynamic environments and am always eager to tackle new challenges in the ever-evolving field of IT.

In my current role at FirstStep Communications, I manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, while also ensuring security compliance. My responsibilities include designing and implementing Intune policies, managing Entra ID solutions, and providing technical support for complex IAM issues. I have a strong background in network design, administration of Microsoft Windows environments, and executing routing and switching protocols.

My previous experience as an IT Support Engineer at Network Professionals further honed my skills in setting up and maintaining computer networks, troubleshooting system errors, and monitoring system performance.
