What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can manage customer inquiries through chat and social platforms, run sales follow-ups, handle objections, and support customers end-to-end—with clear processes, high standards, and good communication across teams.

I’m a Customer Service Representative experienced in chat-based customer support, sales follow-ups, and social media engagement. I respond to customer inquiries, handle objections, and guide interested users from public posts into private chats—using WhatsApp and social platforms to convert leads into paying customers.

In my current remote role, I run consistent follow-ups for interested shoppers, educate customers on product benefits and usage, and support order completion with offers like payment-on-delivery and free delivery. I also close sales and upsell during conversations to increase order value, while training in Virtual Assistance with the SLA BoostHer program and offering availability for U.S. time zones.
