I'm looking for a technical support or IT support role where I can troubleshoot systems, document solutions, support users, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I've supported technical operations at Daikin Technologies and Foxconn, diagnosing PC systems, IoT devices, printers, remote desktop problems, and network interruptions. I document issues, prioritize troubleshooting work, and help keep production workflows moving.

At Daikin Technologies, I collected and analyzed production-line data, prepared daily Excel and Power BI reports, and identified opportunities to reduce downtime. I also created production and shipping labels, performed quality inspections, and documented completed work.

I've also supported receiving, inventory, shipping, and customer delivery concerns in fast-paced warehouse environments, using Excel, Word, custom inventory software, and shipping systems to maintain accurate operations.
