What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply inventory, warehouse, customer service, and technical support experience while continuing to grow my IT and systems skills.

I've supported inventory operations at iHerb in Elgin, including cycle counting, quality and damage control, researching items, and training coworkers.

Previously, I handled packing, shipping, receiving, loading, and warehouse upkeep at Kuehne Nagel, including Amazon order shipping and incoming-worker training. At IKEA and the Microsoft Retail Store, I moved and stocked materials, managed back-of-house inventory, ordered technology equipment, and troubleshot technical difficulties.

I'm Google IT Support Certificate certified and bring hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, remote connections, virtual machines, networking, VPNs, permissions, software management, and IT security.
