What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive client engagements and business growth, using research, stakeholder management, and CRM discipline, while supporting operational improvements through structured planning, monitoring, and clear reporting.

I’m an experienced professional who has worked across technology, nonprofit, and financial services environments, where organization, communication, and problem-solving matter. I coordinate client engagements end-to-end, translating needs assessments and research into clear solution discussions, proposals, and presentations.

Previously as Chief of Staff at the New Dawn Mentorship Program, I coordinated strategic initiatives across multiple regions, supported leadership in managing priorities across departments, and identified operational improvement opportunities through stakeholder feedback and internal reviews. I also built strong relationships with partners, institutions, vendors, and communities, and supported training programs and personal banking operations through careful reporting, documentation, and follow-through.
