What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business process, business architecture, governance, ERP, and transformation initiatives where I can align strategy, processes, controls, and technology across complex organizations.

I've led business process, ERP, and transformation work for Golden Arrow Bus Services, InfoCare Healthcare, MetaPerformance, and major financial-services organizations. Most recently, I developed ERP replacement requirements and an APQC-based process repository for Golden Arrow, and supported a medical registry product through requirements, HL7 FHIR data mapping, acceptance testing, API payload definition, and documentation.

Across transportation, healthcare, finance, automotive, manufacturing, and hospitality, I build business architecture, process governance, and practical improvement capabilities. I bring hands-on experience in process redesign, GRC, ERP implementation, change management, workshop facilitation, and aligning processes with strategy, policy, and regulatory requirements.
