I am a Global Talent Acquisition leader with extensive experience building and scaling Talent Acquisition Centres of Excellence across international IT, cybersecurity, retail, and distribution environments. I specialize in end-to-end recruitment, strategic workforce planning, and developing tailored, business-driven hiring strategies that attract and retain top talent.

Throughout my career I have led and developed remote and on-site recruitment organizations, managed large annual hiring volumes (700+ hires/year), implemented data-driven TA dashboards and deployed AI tools to improve interview quality and recruiter efficiency. I have a proven record in partnering with executives, managing budgets, and delivering high-impact programs such as graduate schemes, apprenticeship campaigns, and enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.
