I'm looking for hybrid or remote talent acquisition work where I can lead full-cycle hiring across EMEA, advise stakeholders, and apply AI automation to improve sourcing, screening, reporting, and quality of hire.

I've delivered full-cycle recruitment for Allianz Partners across 10+ EMEA countries, making 100+ placements across technical, business, and leadership roles. I partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to improve recruitment quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
