I'm looking to lead or deliver high-impact technical recruitment mandates, partnering closely with leaders to build Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, SAP, and Salesforce teams across Switzerland and France.

I'm an independent Talent Acquisition Consultant delivering hand-sourced search mandates for scale-ups, fintech, pharma, and biotech clients across the Swiss cross-border market. I manage Cloud/DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, SAP, and Salesforce searches from client scoping and market mapping through offer negotiation.

Previously, at Bubble Go, I helped grow the workforce from 30 to 85 employees and reduced internal hiring cycles from one month to two weeks. Across Cross Systems, Dell, ITX, IT-K2 Partnering Solutions, and Lynx RH, I've led technical recruiting, HR partnering, international mobility, payroll coordination, employer branding, and high-volume hiring for clients including UBS, Richemont, Swatch, Total, AXA, Samsung, and EY.
