I seek roles combining legal/regulatory advisory and energy policy work with stakeholder coordination, database-driven analysis, and training development in an international, impact-focused organization.

I am a legal advisor and regulatory analyst with over seven years of international experience across energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. I combine legal research, policy analysis, and project coordination to support government reforms and private-sector transactions.

I led due diligence and documentation for the acquisition of an Armenian legal entity by a U.S. firm and drafted core transaction documents while ensuring corporate, tax, and foreign-investment compliance. I have developed national-scale renewable energy databases and contributed to Georgia’s Renewable Energy Incentive Program.

I design and deliver FAR-aligned compliance trainings, create multimedia enablement content, and build geospatial and operational databases that inform feasibility studies and government decision-making. I coordinate multi-stakeholder dialogues among ministries, municipalities, investors, and civil society.
