I am an experienced corporate lawyer specializing in contracts, risk mitigation, and compliance, with multi-sector experience supporting technology, construction, consulting, and real estate clients.

I draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, manage corporate legal processes and litigation, and provide daily legal counsel to stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing legal risks to prevent disputes while safeguarding commercial interests.

I hold an MA in Business Law (Erasmus+) and an MA in Civil Law, and I bring multilingual fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English to cross-border matters. I am motivated to take on in-house counsel responsibilities that drive compliant business growth and strengthen contract strategy.
