What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can contribute strong case, workflow, and stakeholder coordination while continuing to grow in legal operations, recruitment, project coordination, or marketing support.

At Legal MedX, supporting Lexa Law Group in the U.S., I help manage California workers' compensation cases by preparing legal documents, reviewing records, and maintaining accurate litigation files.

I coordinate with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, insurance carriers, and defense counsel to obtain records, resolve documentation issues, and keep cases moving. I also manage deadlines and correspondence in MerusCase, Gemini Legal, EAMS, and WCIRB, and train new legal assistants on internal workflows.

Alongside legal operations, I've supported full-cycle recruitment at TalentCode, event planning at TalentConnect, and marketing research, content strategy, and copywriting at Flame. I'm completing a Management bachelor's dual-degree program through the French University in Armenia and Jean Moulin University Lyon 3.
