I’m a Legal Adviser focused on legal research, contract drafting, and practical support for internal legal procedures. In my current role at GLT Solutions CJSC, I lead legal research and policy advocacy while supporting clients’ government-facing communications.
Previously, as a Legal Adviser at Daran LLC, I advised on regulatory compliance and policy advocacy, while preparing analytical reports and supporting document workflows with government agencies. I also maintain the Telegram channel “Legal News of Armenia,” and provide business and legal translations to keep teams aligned and informed.
Alongside legal work, I bring experience from Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia UCO CJSC, where I reviewed credit applications and financial records and advised on lending processes. I also supported lead generation, and earlier contributed as an NGO Business Consultant with regulatory analysis and policy advocacy for the Move2Armenia platform.
My foundation is deeply policy-focused: at the Ministry of Economy of RoA, I served in roles from Junior Specialist to Head of Foreign Investment Coordination Division (Civil Servant) from 2011 through 2022. I elaborated investment policy and legislative frameworks for an investment-friendly environment, worked on free (special) economic zones policy, developed bilateral investment treaties, and collaborated with international organizations to support investment policy and promotion.
