What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead analysis and delivery for data, CDP, marketing automation, and integration products where I can connect business goals with reliable systems, production data pipelines, and measurable customer outcomes.

I've led the delivery of CM Ocean, a custom CDP and real-time decisioning platform, for a top-tier retail bank serving 40M+ customers. I redesigned its pre-approved credit-offer engine from 1–2 days to 3–4 hours and scaled personalized offer generation to 10M+ per month.

At T1A, I own data architecture, requirements, and production support for a SAS CI360 CDP and marketing automation platform. I consolidated donation-funnel reporting across email, SMS, push, and direct mail on AWS Redshift, while building and supporting Airflow and SQL pipelines in live operations.

I work between marketing, product, risk, engineering, and operations to turn campaign goals into system behavior the data can support. I've led a 10-person analysis and delivery team, taken platforms through UAT and production cutover, and use Claude in a grounded analysis workflow for requirements, specifications, SQL, and solution prototyping.
