I started my career working in Business Intelligence and Insights, building dashboards, standardizing KPIs, and analyzing business data for different areas and countries. At Blue Star Group, for example, I worked with Retail, HR, and Logistics teams across four countries, developing Tableau dashboards and standardizing KPI definitions and reporting views to improve consistency across regional teams.
I then moved to Mercado Libre, where I worked closely with different business and commercial teams. I developed Tableau dashboards, analyzed campaign and business performance, and translated SQL and BI analysis into insights that supported client presentations, commercial negotiations, and business decisions. Later, I joined Trafilea as a Senior Analytics Engineer, where I expanded my experience into data transformation, operational analytics, data reconciliation, and monitoring. I built Tableau dashboards and KPI trackers, developed a 3PL–ERP reconciliation analysis to identify discrepancies across different operational data sources, and implemented a Python and Datadog-based anomaly detection system with real-time Slack alerts.
Most recently, at Mercado Libre Advertising, I worked on BI solutions for campaign and advertiser performance. One of the main initiatives I owned was the standardization of campaign performance reporting. I built a centralized reporting repository in BigQuery and Looker, aligned KPI definitions across different sources, validated the results against trusted reports, and reduced manual reporting time by 60%. The solution reached 70% adoption within the first two weeks. I also maintained 15 SQL-based ETL pipelines and documented SQL and ETL processes to improve reliability and enable more self-service analytics within the team.
My main interests are at the intersection of data analysis, BI, and business problem-solving. I enjoy understanding what is behind the numbers, investigating unexpected patterns or discrepancies, defining meaningful metrics, and building reporting solutions that people can actually use. I’m particularly interested in roles where I can combine SQL and data analysis with visualization, data modeling, stakeholder collaboration, and some analytics engineering work.
I’m also interested in continuing to grow technically, especially around modern data platforms, analytics engineering, automation, and AI-assisted analytics. I enjoy learning new tools and finding practical ways to make analytics workflows more efficient and accessible for business teams.
Overall, I’m looking for opportunities where I can use my experience in BI and analytics to solve real business problems, work with different teams, and build reliable data solutions that have a measurable impact.
