I'm looking for opportunities to build automation, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and internal tools that improve operational efficiency and turn data into actionable insights.

At Amazon, I lead end-to-end automation, ETL pipelines, and data analytics across Europe. My work achieved a 95% automation rate in key processes, reducing analyst effort from 120+ hours per week to under two hours and contributing approximately €1.1M in cost savings.

I built DataView with Django, Next.js, and AWS, including Ask AI, a natural-language querying tool that automates MEP compliance across nine EU countries. This reduced manual processing from 15–20 hours per week to near zero.

Previously at Stripe/Teleperformance, I used SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI to analyze agent performance, track KPIs, build dashboards, and improve operational efficiency. I also investigated fraudulent transactions and high-risk accounts, applying risk logic to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
