At SeQura, I build the analytics foundations that help Retail, Sales, Marketing, and leadership understand performance, revenue, and customer behavior. I automate reporting with Claude Cowork and Metabase MCP, including a Growth portfolio report that helped drive a 40% increase in upgrades among the Top 100 accounts.

I built the Shopper App's first analytics foundation from scratch, shaping the backend, modeling warehouse tables, and creating Metabase dashboards supported by Mixpanel and Google Analytics tracking. The reporting framework is now used by more than 20 stakeholders across four teams.

I previously moved Risk, Business Analytics, and Finance from slow Tableau dashboards to standardized dbt models and fast, self-service Metabase reporting. I also trained stakeholders in Metabase and SQL, reducing reliance on ad-hoc data requests.

At SDG Group, I led a three-person Tableau team for Johnson & Johnson, managed client delivery, and built a Data Quality dashboard that reduced troubleshooting from days to minutes. My software engineering degree and Master's in Finance help me connect technical implementation with the business reasons behind every metric.
