I've turned product data into decisions across Yandex.Market, Variant.net, Smartcat, and NCSpeech. My work spans marketplaces, SaaS, consumer products, and speech analytics.
At Yandex.Market, I reduced annual operational costs by about $10M through unit-economics analysis and logistics-chain optimization. I also helped increase ordered items by about 1% through bloggers’ short video reviews and tripled daily videos viewed per user through a ClickHouse investigation.
At Variant.net, I built product analytics and reporting infrastructure from scratch for a multi-product SaaS document suite, including dashboards, A/B testing setup, and behavior explorers. I recommended against a price-doubling change after modeling LTV and chargebacks in SQL, preventing a net-negative move.
I'm currently solo-building NCSpeech, a speech-analytics platform processing 20,000+ calls per day. I build the data pipeline, PostgreSQL layer, Superset reporting, and SQL-templated AI tools that let non-technical stakeholders query call data directly.
