At TechWear Laboratory, I’m leading the build of an online catalog website to make the store less dependent on marketplaces. I ran discovery, wrote the specification and roadmap, and set backlog priorities.

I hired a team of five specialists and run Scrum sprints, overseeing budget, timelines, risks, and acceptance by iteration. We’ve set up supplier catalog integrations with automatically updated prices for more than 1 million products; the site is in final testing before launch.

I started the business from scratch, researching the market and competitors and setting up international logistics, including customs clearance. The business has annual revenue of 12 million RUB, and the Avito store has a 4.9 rating from 333 reviews.

At Charity foundation Bolshe Chem Mozhesh, I built a corporate partner acquisition process using a database of more than 350 companies in Bitrix24; funds raised grew by 20% a year on average. As Acting Chairman of Housing cooperative Degunino-6, I managed building operations for 400 residents, and at Moscow Traffic Management Center I ran five public procurements under Federal Law 44, all of which were fulfilled.
