What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my experience in managing IT products and Agile workflows — keeping a clear backlog, aligning teams, and driving product analytics — in a company that appreciates global collaboration and structured thinking

I am a manager with experience in managing cross-functional teams in EdTech and the professional base of the Higher School of Economics. In the role of Product-owner/Agile-coach, I ensure the readiness of the backlog, synchronize the work of departments, prepare documentation in Microsoft Azure DevOps and Confluence, and also analyze dashboards in Power BI.

My results are a 4—fold reduction in Business planning increments, the launch of new divisions, and the development of an Agile process coverage strategy in the internal media. Previously, as the head of the personal management team, I moved the team to the top 3, increased retention by about 20%, eliminated monthly financial losses of about 1.5 million rubles and reduced the adaptation of newcomers from 1.5 months to 1 week.

I also organized international events: I held the IV International Forum with 77 speakers and 300 participants, and a collection of 128 articles was published and ready for distribution 2 days after the forum. Systems thinking, communication, and process transparency are close to me — I use visualization and learning, including working with AI, to achieve business goals.
