At Yggdrasil Gaming I started as Product Owner and became Product Lead in Engineering two months later. I owned Backoffice 2.0, BOOST promo tools and the SOURCE marketing portal. Backoffice 2.0 was built from scratch as a standalone service to replace the legacy Backoffice, so operators and aggregators could do more on their own instead of raising support tickets.
At Proxy Live Solutions (ex OnAir Entertainment) I built Dynamic Rewards from scratch as the only PO. It is an event-based live casino mechanic that pays real-money rewards to players, with campaigns set up by operators. The first campaign on a UK Live Blackjack brand increased player participation by 2.5x.
At Winfinity I owned the Backoffice for the Risk, Operations and Core teams: risk tools, player management, RBAC and reporting. At Evolution I worked as BA and acting PO on the Promotion System and Jackpots, and presented promo mechanics to US regulators and testing labs. Before iGaming I worked in business analysis and ERP implementation with Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365.
