At a high-load B2C platform, I head the KPI and analytics department, defining and reporting business metrics for senior leadership. I translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams and technical agents.
I developed Python scripts to parse, extract, and clean operational data and email reports, eliminating manual processing. I also programmed internal dashboards and configuration tools that automate daily and monthly KPI reports.
At Euro Live Technologies, I designed Grafana dashboards for real-time operational and team performance metrics. I also developed an internal iOS/Android utility app using Swift and Flutter to optimize on-site staff scheduling.
Earlier, I worked as a Game Presenter at Euro Live Technologies and SIA Evolution Gaming, and as a Web Designer and Network Administrator. I hold a BSc in Network Security & System Analysis from University of Salford.
