I joined iGaming Group as Technical Compliance Officer to help to grow B2B platform expansion. As a Technical Compliance Officer, I was responsible for ensuring that our company's gaming products and services complied with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Meticulously reviewed and tested software and systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

In Evolution, I worked as Technical Compliance Specialist to support the product certification in regulated markets. Accurate product certification based on market regulations, closely working with Product Owners, Developers and third party test houses. Working with the product components and documentation.

As Promotions Coordinator in Evolution I worked closely with the customers in order to create individual promotions and incentives for the players. Besides that, a data analysis was carried out to determine the success of the campaigns and the reporting itself.

As a Team Manager I was responsible for one of the biggest Game Presenter teams in the company at the time. These were the following responsibilities:
- Selecting Game Presenters' for the team, induction
- Maintaining quality service
- Ensuring the required administrative procedures
- Focusing on reaching targets

Being as a Floor Manager, it required to be on top of the toes of operations on Gaming Floors. The knowledge of the games, procedures, ensuring high level of performance and managing and developing a team of Game Presenters.

Being a Game Presenter in Evolution it required high level of attention to details, great customer service and highly professional performance in front of the cameras as well as required game knowledge.
