Vivien Szalacsi

I’m a customer-oriented retail professional with hands-on experience in store management, customer service, hospitality, and administration. In my current Store Manager role, I handle full store operations—opening/closing, cash handling, and orders—while keeping store presentation and daily workflows running smoothly.

Customer experience is central to how I work. I provide customer service and styling advice, manage customer communication, and support online inquiries through chat and social platforms. I focus on problem-solving and clear communication to ensure every interaction feels helpful and efficient.

I also bring digital marketing momentum into my work. I create basic marketing materials such as social media content, product photos, and promotions, and I’m actively developing my digital marketing knowledge through certified coursework—Google Digital Garage Fundamentals of Digital Marketing (completed) and a Meta Digital Marketing Course (in progress).

Beyond retail, I’ve strengthened my administrative and guest-facing skills through hospitality roles. As a Receptionist, I handled guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and day-to-day communication. Earlier, I completed a summer internship as a Housekeeper, rounding out my ability to stay organized, reliable, and service-focused.
