What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine guest-centered service with property and digital operations—responsible for day-to-day support, listings, and growth. I thrive in fast-paced teams that value clear communication and ownership.

I’m a Property Manager and customer service specialist with hands-on experience in short-term rental operations, guest relations, and e-commerce. I manage guest journeys end-to-end and prioritize fast, reliable support.

In my property role with Caspian s.r.o., I managed 7+ short-term rental apartments in Bratislava through Airbnb and Booking. I respond promptly to guest inquiries, assist with requests, and support operational needs like reviewing lease agreements and preparing invoices.

Before that, I strengthened my customer support foundation as a Customer Care Agent, handling order management, delivery questions, returns, and product inquiries for a premium brand. I learned how to protect the customer experience while resolving issues efficiently.

Today, I also run a self-employed e-commerce/dropshipping operation where I handle product research, supplier sourcing, order fulfillment, and customer communication. I build and manage a Shopify store, optimizing product listings, pricing, and profit margins.
