What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values collaboration and innovation, where I can continue to grow as a designer and contribute to impactful projects.

As a Senior Product Designer at JP Morgan, I focus on delivering innovative payment services across Volkswagen's portfolio of brands. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences through APIs and embedded UI solutions. I have successfully led projects such as the In-Car Payments Demo, where I developed wireframes and prototypes that will be showcased at CES 2024 and 2025.

Previously, I worked at QVC, where I enhanced the payment flow on their website and flagship app, and contributed to building a design system for their international team. My experience spans various roles, including CX Designer at BT Group, where I designed end-to-end customer journeys, and Product Designer at Ordre, where I created interactive touch screens for fashion tech. I am passionate about leveraging design thinking and user research to solve complex problems and improve user engagement.
