I specialize in RCM operations, client relationship management, optimization strategy, Medicare reimbursement, and enterprise workflow redesign to drive measurable business impact.

In my current role as Senior Manager, Client Success at Fresenius Medical Care, I serve as the strategic liaison between clients and internal leadership—proactively identifying risks, ensuring alignment to client business objectives and regulatory requirements, and leading cross-functional teams to implement tailored solutions that improve workflow efficiency and support performance goals.
