At NMS Health, I managed client portfolios for workforce health compliance and served as the primary client liaison for occupational health programs. I supervised and mentored a remote operations team handling scheduling, medical record collection, and case coordination.
I tracked KPIs with PowerBI to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and reduce clearance turnaround times. I also presented performance metrics in client reviews and worked on corrective action plans to strengthen compliance and client relationships.
Before NMS Health, I worked as an Ophthalmic Assistant at NJRetina, maintaining patient records, performing diagnostic imaging, and assisting ophthalmologists with in-office procedures. I’m dedicated to supporting Veterans and their families.
