What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my client portfolio management, compliance, operational improvement, and higher education leadership experience in a role where I can strengthen relationships and improve program outcomes.

At American Trust Retirement, I manage a portfolio for two financial institutions encompassing 300 corporate accounts. I support clients, strengthen retention, and use Relius, FT Williams, and Salesforce for operations, audits, shadow booking, and Form 5500 preparation.

Previously at Employee Fiduciary, I managed relationships for more than 200 businesses across the U.S. and internationally. I partnered with plan sponsors, brokers, registered investment advisors, trust companies, vendors, and auditors to resolve issues, communicate fund actions, and deliver specialized reporting.

I also led allied health programs at Remington College, overseeing attendance, attrition, faculty support, recruitment, and program events. As an instructor at Fortis College, I teach medical office procedures, medical records and insurance, and electronic health records while supporting student success.

My earlier healthcare operations experience at American Family Care included office administration, X-ray support, patient documentation, insurance verification, and emergency-care procedures. I bring project management, healthcare administration, retirement-plan operations, and process improvement into practical day-to-day work.
