I’m a motivated, reliable customer service and operations team member with hands-on experience supporting Australia Post in a fast-paced, customer service-focused parcel sorting environment. I enjoy constant face-to-face interaction, handling enquiries, and solving problems of varying difficulty while maintaining efficiency and a clean, organised workspace.

In my role, I delivered exceptional customer service during peak periods by resolving complex issues including lost packages and inquiries, while also following workplace policies and double-checking IDs for proper pickups. I’m quick to learn new tasks and was entrusted with mentoring another casual coworker due to my strong understanding of the role and recognition from trainers for capability and initiative.

I also bring a “team-first” work style—always willing to assist teammates, offer extra support where needed, and stay productive during quiet periods by finding tasks that require attention. Alongside my experience, I’ve completed VCE and Certificate II qualifications in Furnishing and Picture Framing, and I’m comfortable resolving issues independently or consulting supervisors when appropriate.
