What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time roles in community management, growth, or operations—where I can build systems from scratch, run community pipelines and outreach, and turn community sentiment into practical execution.

I build communities from scratch. I've done it across gaming, Web3, esports, crypto, and racing, on both the B2C and B2B sides, and usually without a marketing budget to lean on.

At Relsoft Games I ran the entire growth side of a game called Alone. I got past the usual gatekeepers to pitch creators like Thinknoodles (12.5M+ subscribers), built partnerships with other servers to bring players in ahead of launch, and led a team of 15 across moderation and dev. The game reached 10,000 active players and 7.2 million lifetime views, with nothing spent on ads.

Alongside that, I ran the Doors Discord and grew it from 30,000 to 50,000 members without letting engagement slip. I trained 10+ moderators on written playbooks and rebuilt the ban-appeal and dispute flow, which cut resolution time by about 40%.

At Querozone I worked the opposite side of the table, purely B2B. I built their Instagram and LinkedIn from zero, led a full website rebuild aimed at CIO and CXO buyers, and set up their outbound engine with Apollo, Smartlead, and Waalaxy. I also built them an internal prompt generator loaded with context about the company, so anyone on the team could get a strong, on-brand prompt for whatever they were working on.

I also co-organised hackCBS 7.0, India's largest student-run hackathon: a 24-hour event that drew 4,000+ registrations and 450+ hackers on site. I was the central point on the event Discord, so every announcement and participant query ran through me, and I handled operations across scheduling, speaker onboarding, and team coordination on the day. In the lead-up I worked sponsorship and partnership outreach, which fed into the ₹2.5L+ the event raised.

What ties it together is the operations work: growing a community, training the people who run it, tightening the workflows that slow it down, and keeping it steady as it scales. When one's in crisis, I'm the person it escalates to.
