What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Web3 community or developer-relations role where I can lead community growth, run events and ambassador programs, collaborate with product and marketing, and scale developer onboarding and engagement.

I build and grow developer communities in Web3, leading events, onboarding programs and content to drive engagement and adoption.

At TON Foundation and TON Society I organized 25+ events, co‑authored the TON Nest launch that onboarded 600+ projects, and grew Telegram and X communities to 21K+ and 5K+ respectively with content reaching 28K+ impressions.

I previously built HackQuest’s first ambassador program, onboarded thousands of developers through hackathons and technical events, and interned in research and data analysis to inform community strategy. I work cross‑functionally with product, marketing and design, mentor hackathon teams, and focus on measurable growth and retention.
