What I'm looking for

I'm looking to move deeper into technical, automation-focused work where I can combine developer ecosystem experience, programming skills, and data-driven reporting to build scalable community and developer programs.

I build developer ecosystems through community programs, hackathons, campaigns, and partnerships across Web3 and AI. At Hack2skill, I manage GDG on Campus India, supporting 543 organizers across the country.

I've led 247+ events, sessions, campaigns, and bootcamps that drove 100K+ developer onboardings. I also organized PromptWars vibe-coding hackathons across 80+ universities, onboarding 50K+ developers.

My work includes marketing and communications for ISMA – SugarNXT and NASSCOM AI-Code Sarathi, alongside multi-channel content across LinkedIn, X, email, WhatsApp, and Discord. I consolidate campaign, registration, participation, and acquisition data from Excel, Sendy, WebEngage, JIRA, and Meta Ads into repeatable reporting frameworks.

Previously, I built communities and partnerships at The Reliable Jobs, 0xDay, NORDEK, Eduhub Community, and AceHack. I bring hands-on experience with Python, Java, Solidity, and Rust, and I'm looking to move deeper into technical, automation-focused work.
