I’m an accomplished payroll specialist with extensive experience in payroll administration and tax compliance, with a focus on accuracy, audit readiness, and day-to-day operational reliability. In my current role, I oversee daily payroll operations, validate data integrity, and ensure timely processing across multiple payroll groups and pay frequencies.

I manage on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processing and perform thorough pre-payroll audits, including timesheet review, pay computation, and reconciliation activities. I collaborate with HR and legal teams on involuntary terminations, resolve employee queries through the ticketing system, and extract, audit, and upload payroll information using central tools and systems. I’m also hands-on with payroll defect prevention (including penny tests), same-day cheque processing, direct deposit updates, and accurate YTD wages, taxes, and 401K handling on W2 forms.

Previously, I worked as a Sr Payroll Analyst at ADP India Pvt Ltd, leading weekly payroll strategy meetings and processing accurate multi-state payroll for 8,000 employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Earlier in my career at EXL Service India Pvt Ltd, I supported retirement account administration—managing enrollment, open enrollment, loans, hardship withdrawals, and final withdrawals—bringing a strong client-service and regulatory-compliance mindset to payroll operations.
