I’m looking to lead US payroll operations and compliance—driving audit-ready reporting, process improvements, and team development using tools like Workday/SAP, with strong SOX controls and clear ownership of outcomes.

I lead end-to-end US and Canada payroll operations for 6,000+ employees across multiple jurisdictions, focused on accurate, timely processing and SOX compliance.

I supervise and develop payroll teams, embed new policies for risk mitigation, and audit payroll reports by computing gross-to-net and performing root cause analysis with advanced Excel to reconcile discrepancies.

I partner with Accounting to deliver reliable month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reporting while managing compliance for FLSA regulations, including OT calculations and complex state and local resident/working tax schemas.

I’ve also built operational clarity by writing SOPs to transition PTO payouts from Employee Central to WFM, and earlier I led client payroll processing and trained teams on wage/labor laws—supporting quality improvements and audit-ready delivery.
