I've processed and validated monthly payroll and reimbursement data for more than 5,000 employees at ADP India, supporting accurate and timely disbursement.

I managed end-to-end payroll operations including salary processing, PF claim settlement, ESI, gratuity, statutory compliance, PF withdrawal and transfer claims. I also created Excel-based MIS reports that improved payroll audit efficiency by 20% and trained new associates on payroll processing, claims, and reporting tools.

As a QA Supervisor in Milton Keynes, I supervised a team of 80+ associates, coordinating performance, attendance, scheduling, reporting, and employee queries.

I've also performed functional testing for internal applications such as homepages and payment portals, documented reproducible defects, and worked with developers to resolve reported issues.
