I’m looking for a payroll role where I can own end-to-end processing, ensure statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT/TDS) with accurate reconciliations, and improve payroll systems under clear SLAs—ideally with exposure to global payroll operations.

I’m a Payroll Specialist with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll validation, and employee query handling within high-volume environments. I focus on accuracy, timely salary disbursement, and maintaining strict confidentiality for sensitive employee data.

In my roles in Chennai, I’ve processed payroll for 2000+ employees across multiple client accounts under strict SLA timelines. I validate payroll inputs, deductions, and statutory components before payroll release, and use Excel-based reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies. I also manage statutory compliance for PF, ESI, PT, TDS, including quarterly returns and yearly Form 16 generation.

I’ve worked with ADP payroll systems (Celergo, Vista) and supported a transition from legacy payroll software to the TalentPro payroll platform, ensuring accurate data validation and migration. I enjoy partnering with HR and Finance to complete payroll corrections before salary release, and I’m keen to support international payroll processes in global payroll environments.
