At SBI Life Insurance, I handle customer interactions, service requests, follow-ups, and relationship-building while coordinating with clients, Unit Managers, advisors, agents, and internal teams.
I support sales through lead follow-up, proposal coordination, documentation, status tracking, and accurate customer and policy records. I create Excel-based MIS reports, performance trackers, summaries, reconciliation files, PivotTables, PivotCharts, and basic dashboards to improve reporting accuracy.
I've also completed virtual banking experiences with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, analyzing customer and financial data, recommending banking solutions, conducting DCF valuation, and preparing business profile reports.
