Vishal Suthar

At Vardhaman Group, I analyzed IT operations, managed incidents and service requests, and identified opportunities to improve processes and support business continuity.

I used ServiceNow and Jira to manage requests while maintaining SLA compliance. I also performed root cause analysis and implemented automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

To support decision-making, I created reports and monitored KPIs with Excel and Power BI. In my earlier role at Vardhaman Group, I supported users across GCC and West Indies client environments and resolved hardware, software, network, and access issues.

On Vedeshi Khana, I built a restaurant management application with customer and admin panels, backend REST APIs, MySQL data management, and automated SMS notifications through the Twilio API. I’m seeking IT Business Analyst roles.
