I re-architected the reporting module from a monolithic Redux store into independent normalized slices with Redux Toolkit EntityAdapter, cutting recurring stale-data/state-sync bugs by ~60%. Previously at Infra.Market, I reduced Rise app load time from 12s to 4s through API parallelization, BFF architecture, and caching, and I helped lead the frontend team by mentoring 2 junior developers. Earlier, I architected a Login micro-frontend via Webpack Module Federation and drove org-wide unit-testing adoption with Jest and React Testing Library, and I bring that same ownership mindset to projects like ZonaMap—scaling to 100K+ users with a Mapbox cadastral-map engine and an in-house OCR model.
