What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead business development and development marketing for real estate projects—owning client acquisition, proposal and presentation work, and coordinating teams through delivery.

I drive real estate business development and development marketing across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, moving from lead generation through project delivery. I direct scopes and multidisciplinary teams across branding, websites, renderings, and marketing assets, and I manage timelines, budgets, vendors, approvals, and stakeholder coordination to completion.

Most recently, I led director-level interiors and positioning initiatives for commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and public/private developments at Cape Fear Development, coordinating across ownership, construction, operations, and leasing teams. I supported tenant outreach and build-out coordination and produced presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, signage packages, and stakeholder communications.

Before that, I built new business for luxury residential and hospitality accounts at Evolution Virtual Agency, owning relationships from initial sale through execution and managing branding, websites, positioning, content, collateral, and launch initiatives. Earlier roles included pursuing hospitality and mixed-use opportunities through RFP/RFQ strategy and proposal development, plus communications support for a global hospitality interiors studio.
