At One Identity (OneLogin), I lead SRE and Platform Engineering for a mission-critical IAM/SSO SaaS platform. I grew the global organization from 3 to 25+ engineers and established 24×7 coverage and reliability governance.

Under my leadership, the platform sustained 99.99% availability, P1 incidents dropped 35% year over year, recovery time improved 65%, and deployments went from 3 hours to 15 minutes.

I led the migration of 70+ microservices to Kubernetes, consolidated 30+ clusters to 7 clusters. The work improved scalability 10x and reduced infrastructure cost 35%.

I also designed and built AI-assisted incident investigation and RCA workflows using AWS Lambda, Amazon Bedrock, and Datadog.

Earlier, at Lowe's Companies, Inc., I developed observability capabilities for 200+ retail applications and reduced monitoring onboarding from 2 days to 2 hours.
