I’m a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and multi-cloud DevOps engineer with around 8+ years of experience designing, automating, and supporting highly available, secure, and scalable cloud-native infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. I build reliability programs around SRE principles—defining SLIs/SLOs, improving MTTR/MTTD, and driving operational excellence for enterprise-grade applications.

At Disney Cruise Line, I maintained AWS services like IAM roles, Route 53, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, SES, SQS, and SNS, and built reusable infrastructure-as-code templates with Terraform for staging and production. I architected multi-cloud API Gateway improvements, led adoption of SRE standards using reliability scorecards and error budget policies, and strengthened Kubernetes security on GCP. I also delivered enterprise observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK, and distributed tracing for proactive incident management and faster root-cause analysis, while streamlining CI/CD with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.

Before that, at Powerplan, I designed highly available Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE) with auto-scaling and multi-AZ strategies for AI-driven microservices. I integrated ingress patterns using AWS ALB/ELB, enforced secure AWS VPC architectures with subnet segmentation and network ACLs, and supported SLO-aligned incident response by integrating PagerDuty with AWS and Azure. I advanced automation with Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, and Google Deployment Manager, and strengthened database observability using CloudWatch and Prometheus exporters.

Earlier, at Togetherwork, I helped deploy and manage Kubernetes using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Azure DevOps Pipelines to automate provisioning and reduce manual effort. I built secure CI/CD in Azure DevOps, developed Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation, and supported cross-cloud data pipelines using AWS DataSync and Azure Data Factory. Throughout my roles, I’ve mentored junior engineers, joined 24/7 support rotations, and focused on turning operational insights into resilient systems.
