I want to engineer and scale observability platforms in cloud environments—owning SLO/KPI, automating onboarding and alerting, and turning complex system signals into reliable, actionable workflows for engineering and incident response.

I’m a Senior Site Reliability & Observability Engineer with 1–2+ years designing and operating enterprise observability platforms. At Fisher Investments, I lead Dynatrace engineering for an Azure Cloud migration—defining SLOs/KPIs and ensuring 99.99% uptime targets—while building solutions like a Dynatrace extension (Framework 2.0) for browser JVM memory metrics and Synthetic Monitors for Salesforce workflows.

I also drive automation end-to-end: onboarding observability with Ansible (“Observability as a Service”), integrating Dynatrace with Octopus Deploy and PagerDuty alerting, and using Terraform for reliability POCs. Previously at Raymond James, I led command center incident response, built Dynatrace/DQL dashboards from the Dynatrace API, and standardized application metrics by instrumenting Spring Boot apps with Prometheus—strengthening visibility, CI/CD observability, and response to SLA breaches.
