What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cloud platform and DevSecOps initiatives—scaling secure AWS/Kubernetes systems, improving reliability and observability, and enabling agentic AI and MLOps with a supportive, continuous-learning culture.

I’m an engineering leader with 10+ years building high-performance teams and delivering scalable, secure cloud platforms and cloud-native applications. I specialize in AWS Solutions Architecture, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, Security, MLOps, and DataOps, and I enjoy guiding organizations through complex transformations.

Most recently, as Director, Platform Engineering at aPriori, I managed modern AWS SaaS serving over 100 customers and led a globally distributed team of 7 engineers. I migrated workloads from AWS ECS to Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Istio, and GitOps CD, and I built an end-to-end Observability solution (Observe), driving 100% Infrastructure as Code and improving developer experience with Cortex.

I’ve also strengthened reliability and operational rigor by owning site reliability and incident management for multi-tenant infrastructure, while partnering with engineering and architecture leadership to roadmap “path to production.” I established a Continuous Learning initiative with learning platforms, knowledge shares, demos, and mentoring sessions to keep teams moving fast and improving together.

Earlier roles reinforced my ability to deliver measurable outcomes: at SystechOne, I improved release cycle speed by 30% with a DevOps roadmap; at CyGlass, I led global platform and DevOps teams, supported AI/ML-driven threat detection workloads, and reduced AWS costs by 50%. Before that, I led DevOps and Rapid Response teams at Altisource, where I migrated to AWS, reduced release times from hours to minutes, improved MTTR from 24hrs to 2hrs, and supported high-uptime microservice infrastructure.
