I've built Pega PRPC applications across the SDLC, including an insurance policy processing administration system that captures customer, vehicle, transaction, attachment, approval, and address details before generating annual policies and premium values.

For Para Med Home Health Care, I supported automation of business processes for consulting, healthcare analytics, promotional campaigns, programs, and meeting-planning logistics. I developed activities and UI rules, implemented complex requirements with tree grids, harnesses, flow actions, and sections, and analyzed functional requirements.

I've configured workflows using flows, assignments, SLAs, screen flows, and correspondence templates. I also created decision rules, declarative expressions, validation rules, and technical documentation for flow and flow-action updates.

I'm PRPC Certified as a System Architect and Senior System Architect, and I use Clipboard, Tracer, and Rules Inspector to debug and troubleshoot applications. I'm looking to begin my career contributing to innovative Pega development projects while continuing to grow in IT.
