What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position where I can apply my technical expertise and continue learning, with the opportunity to learn from mistakes.

On Elevance Health’s Carelon Knowledge Management project, I implemented Case Management, Pega Knowledge Wizards, and Pega AI using Pega 23. I also developed activities and data transforms to map API requests and responses.

I translated business requirements and user stories into PRPC code, and worked with decision and declarative rules, validation rules, and application configuration.

At HCL Tech, Malaysia, I worked as a Technical Lead (Pega Developer) on Eclaims for Great Eastern /OCBC Bank. I implemented Case Management and Pega Survey Frameworks and developed integration services using activities and data transforms.

For Central Bank’s Tax Associated Persons System (Tax APS), I worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Pega Developer). I implemented Pega Survey Frameworks, developed the application UI, and designed and implemented flows.
